Origin: Hybrid of Penis Envy and PF Albino
Cap: 20+ mm in diameter, campanulate shape, white with bluish tones that bruise bluish-green. Caps do not develop normally and suffer from diminished spore production.
Stem: 60-100 mm in length, often contorted and bulbous near the middle, pure white. Bruising blue when injured. No persistent annulus, but an annular zone may be present.
Gills: Adnate to adnexed, very close together and underdeveloped, aging from white to blue-grey with time.
Spores: Few, transparent, subellipsoid on 4-spored basidia, white in deposit.
